Requirements:
- You must have an excellent command of the English language;
- You are an excellent communicator and have a proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for bringing innovative products to market;
- You have strong relationship building skills;
- You know how to find the right people for the right tasks; previous experience as a head-hunter is a plus;
- You are a curious person by nature, always interested in discovering how things work;
- Previous experience in a marketing position, product development or as a copywriter is a plus;
- Previous working experience in the US is also a plus;
- Experience collaborating with suppliers from China, the UK, or the USA is a significant advantage;
- You are a smart, practical person with common sense;
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness, with a "can-do" attitude.

As a Brand Development Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative product ideas that meet market demands and align with company goals;
- Develop new products together with our team; oversee the creation of prototypes, conducting thorough testing and iteration to refine product designs and functionalities;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to inform product development decisions;
- Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the product development process to maintain high standards and meet regulatory requirements;
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs;
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and manufacturing best practices to drive continuous improvement in product development processes;
- Find the right spokespersons, authors, influencers, scientists, etc. that can help us both develop and market our products (usually these people are in the US);
- Keep in touch with existing authors and spokespersons;
- Examine and approve the final version of different texts written by our team of writers;
- Participate in media buying meetings and brainstorm new cutting-edge ideas for marketing our products and improving conversion rates across the board.
