- Ability to identify and connect with the right people for the right tasks; previous experience as a headhunter is a plus;

- Previous experience in marketing, product development, or copywriting is a strong advantage;
- Prior work experience in the US is considered a plus;
- Experience collaborating with suppliers from China, the UK, or the USA is a significant advantage;
- Practical, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude;Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The main purpose of the role is to lead and support the full product development lifecycle, from idea generation to prototype, testing, refinement, and launch, ensuring products are innovative, market-relevant, and supported by strong brand positioning and marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative product ideas that meet market needs and align with company objectives;
- Develop new products together with internal teams, overseeing concept creation, prototype development, testing, and iteration;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, turning insights into product development opportunities;
- Implement rigorous quality control processes to maintain high product standards and ensure compliance;
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, optimizing resources and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency;
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing and product development;
- Identify and collaborate with the right spokespersons, authors, influencers, scientists, and experts who can contribute to product development and marketing (primarily based in the US);
- Maintain communication with existing spokespersons and authors;
- Review and approve final versions of texts produced by internal copywriters;
- Participate in media buying meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate cutting-edge marketing ideas and improve conversion rates across channels.
