Profile & qualifications
You Are:
- A storyteller who loves both brand thinking and doing.
- Organized, curious, and self-motivated — comfortable working independently.
- Deeply interested in health, wellbeing, and conscious living.
- A creative thinker who also understands brand systems and digital growth.
- 2+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or social media roles.
- Proven ability to manage social accounts and create engaging content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills (Romanian & English).
- Understanding of digital ecosystems (social, email, analytics, community).
- A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset.

- Develop and evolve Kindora’s brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging framework.
- Translate business priorities into brand and communication strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and channels.
- Support product and marketing alignment through strategic input and creative ideas.
- Manage Kindora’s social media presence — plan, write, and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Create and oversee editorial calendars aligned with product launches and seasonal wellness themes.
- Write compelling copy (social, website, newsletters) that reflects Kindora’s values and voice.
- Collaborate with designers or external creatives to ensure visual harmony and brand consistency.
Community & partnerships
- Build, nurture, and engage the Kindora community — respond to messages, comments, and feedback.
- Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers, wellness coaches, or brand partners.
- Support brand campaigns, partnerships, and events (online or offline).
- Help shape a positive and active brand culture across audiences and channels.
Performance & growth
- Track and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions from brand activity).
- Provide actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Stay ahead of trends in wellness, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Schedule: 3–4 hours per day, flexible working hours.
- Location: Hybrid (Romania), 2 days at the office
- Growth: The role can evolve into a full-time Head of Brand / Marketing position as the company scales.
