Booking Sales Assistant

All 3 languages (French, English, and Romanian) are required for this position at an intermediate to advanced level.

🌎 Location: Full remote work

⏰ Schedule:

Morning schedule: 08:30-17:30
Afternoon schedule: 12:00-21:00
Weekend schedule: 09:00-18:00
The schedule will be set at least one week before the start of the following month.

• Use your natural sales skills to encourage customers to book during the call!
• Offer complete and professional assistance through phone/E-mail/WhatsApp to customers’ requests for support;
• Check, approve, and record rental requests and client information in the system, according to internal procedures;
• Processing assigned reservation requests, according to procedures, and contacting clients by phone to complete the reservation;
• Offer guidance throughout the booking process;
• Offer call support during the car rental;
• Collaborate with other departments to share crucial information;
• Enhance customer relations, including via social media channels, if required;
• Consistently reach your sales targets.

• Advanced or Effective Operational Proficiency: in Romanian & English & French;
• A knack for communication, both by phone and email;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy making new friends and interacting with customers - even challenging ones;
• Patience and the ability to explain and assist;
• A strong sense of duty: You don't leave tasks halfway;
• Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to learn from setbacks;
• Experience in sales is a plus.
