BIDDING ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL

This job will require you to be able to:
Operate as part of Waldevar’s team, coordinating with other members of the Bidding Department, Engineering Department, PM Office and with the external partners.
Take responsibility and deliver key bid documentation (technical and commercial proposals).
Ensure compliance with internal procedures of Waldevar.
Ensure compliance with the requested SOW
Participate in technical and commercial meetings internally and externally with partners and clients.

Profile
We recognize that each applicant will bring different experience, but the ideal candidate should have:
Develop and prepare technical and commercial proposals for inside the fence Photovoltaic Plant, interconnection, LV, MV and HW equipment and associated services, ensuring alignment with engineering, project management, and other teams to gather necessary data and documents on time for the proposals.
At least 3 years of proven experience in preparation of tenders for electrical engineering.
Undertake cost estimation and pricing activities, ensuring competitive and profitable proposals.
Strong attention to detail (e.g. to ensure compliance with detailed tender requirements and processes).
Good skills in organizing, scheduling, planning and activities coordination.
Flexibility and adaptability to fit to tender deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
Solid computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft suite such as Excel, Word, Microsoft Project).
Nice to: experience in working with SEAP/SICAP
