- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience level.
- Good computer knowledge; able to use property management system.
- Proficiency in MS Office. OPERA PMS an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
- Strong presentation and English language skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organization.
