- Provide customer support through email and chat in a professional and timely manner;
- Assist customers with account-related issues, such as:
- Problems with account top-ups or balance loading;
- Difficulties accessing or opening the mobile application;
- Password reset requests;
- Investigate and resolve customer issues by following internal procedures;
- Ensure accurate and clear communication with customers
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and internal teams
