Your profile:
- Strong written language skills in French and English
- Availability for a full-time schedule, shifts between 11:00 - 20:00, Monday - Sunday, 5 days/ week
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple concurrent chats
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Navigate quickly through product and workflows while actively supporting users via chat
- Passionate about helping people in need
- Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
- Strong team spirit with passion and drive to help users and deliver the best in customer service.
