About the role
We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to support our commercial team by managing sales orders, coordinating logistics and transport activities, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal departments.
The role is operational and collaborative, with no direct people management, but with a strong impact on customer satisfaction and business continuity.
The position is based in Dăscălu, Ilfov - the company covers fuel expenses.

What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP and/or Navision).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a high level of autonomy and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales order process, from order entry to delivery, handling approx. 10–15 orders/day.
  • Act as main point of contact for 30–40 customers, supporting both large key accounts and smaller, dynamic clients.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Sales Managers and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules and changes.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse and Transport to ensure on-time deliveries and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Arrange transport orders and liaise with transport companies when required.
  • Check price accuracy on invoices versus orders and commercial agreements.
  • Handle customer complaints and delivery-related claims in ERP following cases through to resolution.
  • Manage pre-sales sampling requests and related documentation.
  • Support Sales with operational input for forecasting and budget accuracy.
