Back-office & Sales Support

To strengthen our team, we are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented person who will support the
workflow of our main departments in the role of Back-office & Sales Support.

• High school or university degree.
• Communicative personality dedicated to customer service.
• Romanian language knowledge, communication skills in English written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Single point of contact for customers for daily business: managing written communications with our
• active customers (offers, order confirmations, invoices, contracts, etc.).
• Support for our logistic team: filing documents, dispatch notes, CMR packing, sending parcels with
• sample, and maintaining courier relationship.
• Support for our marketing team: organizing customer, supplier, and internal events.
• Managing front desk daily operations & other administrative tasks.
