• Manage the end-to-end renewal process for AV, VC, and UC support contracts.
• Identify upcoming contract renewals and ensure timely engagement with stakeholders to maintain service continuity.
• Obtain supplier quotations for support renewal opportunities and review commercial terms.
• Add appropriate wrapped services and support offerings to create complete customer solutions.
• Produce accurate customer-facing quotations in accordance with commercial and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate the receipt, validation, and processing of customer purchase orders.
• Raise and manage internal tasks with AV Quotes, Contracts Administration, and relevant operational teams.
• Ensure all renewal documentation is accurately maintained and auditable.
