🛠 Key Responsibilities
Execute corrective and preventive maintenance on fully automated production lines (PLC/HMI-controlled)Analyze and troubleshoot automation-related issues using Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC FlexiblePerform real-time PLC logic modifications, HMI interface updates, and diagnosticsImplement back-up and recovery procedures for PLC and control systemsParticipate in cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) teams to reduce downtime and improve MTBFProvide automation input in CAPEX project implementation and new equipment integrationDrive continuous improvement through OEE enhancement and process optimization
🎯 Is this you?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation2+ years of experience with industrial automation systems and PLCs in a manufacturing environmentHands-on expertise in:Siemens Step7, TIA Portal, WinCC FlexibleIndustrial communication protocols: PROFIBUS, PROFINET, ASiActuators, sensors, safety systems, and control panel componentsSolid understanding of mechatronic systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, servo drives, and invertersExperience with preventive maintenance software and system documentationFluent in English (technical documentation, troubleshooting, collaboration)
