- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Human Resources field;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech (minimum B2 level);
- High school diploma required;
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment;
- Strong analytical and reporting skills;
- Positive, proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

- Respond to client’s queries accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system);
- Process, maintain and administer HR transactions and provide support (across Talent development, Mobility, Workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, remuneration, etc.);
- Process movements (transfers, relocations, international mobility, organization structure changes) and leave and absence requests;
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures;
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool;
- Liaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
