Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role.

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and organizing activities and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handling daily administrative tasks such as phone calls, correspondence, and managing both internal and external documents.
  • Preparing, organizing, and recording accounting documents.
  • Greeting visitors and informing the appropriate company contacts of their arrival.
  • Providing protocol support during meetings, according to daily needs.
  • Receiving, registering, distributing, filing, and archiving correspondence and messages from partners, clients, and employees.
  • Drafting business correspondence required for day-to-day operations.
  • Sending documents via post, fax, or email.
  • Maintaining and updating the company’s document database.
  • Coordinating hotel bookings for external partners and guests.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and summaries requested by management.
  • Offering administrative assistance to all company departments.
  • Filing and archiving company documents in an organized manner.
