We are looking for a proactive, professional, and highly organised Assistant Manager for our team. You’ll be trusted with routines, tracking, and coordination where precision matters more than improvisation. This is a role for someone who finds satisfaction in doing things properly, predictably, and repeatedly.

- You work well with checklists, reminders, and routines.

- You work collaboratively and you’re polite, but not afraid to ask “Have you done this yet?”
- You care about keeping things in order, both digitally and physically.
- You speak Romanian fluently, and your English is clear and professional (written & spoken).
- You’re comfortable using Client Portals and collaborative tools like Google Drive, Sheets, Docs — and you're curious to learn more.

- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and documentation workflows.
- Manage both digital documentation (Client Portal, shared folders) and physical archive files.
- Prepare consolidated reports as requested by the management.
- Follow up with experts and clients to collect routine data or confirm status.
- Handle recurring internal tasks.
- Assist with small errands when needed.
