Assistant General Manager

• Very good oral and written communication skills;

• Managing the General Manager’s time and calendar;
• Assisting General Manager in his day to day operations;
• Meeting planning, preparation and coordination, including logistics, materials, etc;
• Assist General Manager during meetings, take notes or provide assistance during meetings:
• Performing special projects as directed by the General Manager, including the review, research, summarization or analysis of information;
• Coordinating the General Manager travel program and itineraries, preparing expense reports;
• Preparing letters, memos, presentations and other documents using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation;);
• Build good working relationships and communications with all departments;
• Ensures effective, timely and accurate communications flow between General Manager and employees / clients / suppliers / other parties.
