Assignment manager for Mystery Shopping projects

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, with a preference for candidates with a background in Mystery Shopping and/or Market Research.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and platforms.
• Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent in English and another major language, such as French, Italian, German; additional language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead communication and coordination with mystery shoppers, recruiters, and external partners to support the recruitment process.
• Ensure ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︃​︀the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and accuracy in all interactions with high-net-worth individuals.
• Oversee project progress, making tactical adjustments to guarantee successful completion while upholding high standards across various industries.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges, ensuring confidentiality and respect for privacy.
