Candidatul Ideal

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Manager Assistant. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks related to primary accounting, customer communication, appointment scheduling, and social media management for our fashion brand.

Primary Accounting:

Manage and maintain financial records, including tracking expenses, invoices, and payments.
Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Invoicing and Record Keeping:

Sort and organize incoming invoices and bills.
Keep detailed records of financial transactions and documentation.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding invoicing and payment inquiries.

Customer Communication:

Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Schedule appointments for customers as needed, coordinating with relevant departments.

Social Media Management:

Take ownership of the fashion brand's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and updates, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately.
Collaborate with marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.

Email Management:

Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner, including customer inquiries, partnership requests, and general correspondence.
Organize and prioritize incoming emails, forwarding relevant messages to appropriate team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounting, customer service, and social media management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
