• Assists and takes the place of the Store Manager in terms of leading the team and maintaining standards
• Be an example for a world-class customer service experience and train your team to consistently deliver those services

• Develop the best possible team by planning succession strategies
• Provide immediate feedback and encourage success

Visual merchandising

• Provides support in making a meticulous presentation of the store and proudly implements Sports Direct merchandising standards

Sales & Operations

• You will have a fundamental role in achieving results and exceeding the set goals, bringing the store's performance to its full potential.
• You'll lead the team to ensure it's effective, always following best practices to support the achievement of business goals and brand awareness.
