Candidatul Ideal

As an Area Sales Representative,
you will be responsible for the relantionship with the assigned clients, reaching the performance indicators, monthly sales objectives and implementing the commercial strategies.

Requirements:
Very good knowledge and understanding of the Tour Operator products & market;
Highly expected experience in active sales of at least 5 years;
Experience in Tour Operator sales will be highly appreciated;
Customer oriented, self-driven, energetic, ambitious and have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively;
Ability to build long term partnerships; Teamwork spirit;
Results driven;
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as a minimum educational level;
Native in the Romanian language. Good command in English (at least B1);
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) at a medium level;
Driving license;
Availability to travel at least 80% of the working time;


Preferably the residence in or nearby:
Bucharest – for South Sales Area
Cluj – for Central Sales Area
Iasi – for East Sales Area”

Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow customer accounts, working with Retailers;
Accomplish monthly and yearly objectives through a well-defined plan and ongoing initiatives.
Prepare the legal and technical documentation for new contracts with retailers and the renewal of the existing contracts
Provide specific reports based on plans or requests and business analyses.
Identify and develop business growth opportunities, maximizing our company products.
Be in ongoing contact with direct and indirect competition activities on the market and proactively propose new company initiatives.
Promote offers in accordance with internal merchandising policies.
Provide product training to retailer representatives and ensure technical support at request.
Develop proactive and efficient communication with retailers in all direct and indirect interactions, building long-term relationships.Meet the retailers based on the weekly/monthly/quarterly plan or whenever necessary
