About Our Client:

Our client is a growing company specialized in the distribution of premium turf grass solutions and complementary landscaping products. The organization serves professional landscapers, garden centers, and agricultural retailers, offering high-quality products designed for durable and aesthetically superior green spaces.
Currently in an expansion phase, the company is strengthening its commercial presence in Romania and is looking for a dedicated sales professional to develop and manage the client portfolio in the South-East region.

About the Role:
We are seeking an Area Sales Representative responsible for managing and expanding sales activities across the South-East area of Romania (Argeș, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Constanța, and Ilfov counties).
The role combines remote office work and field sales activities, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.

Work structure:
One week remote (home office): client calls, follow-ups, and offer preparation
One week field activity: daily client visits within the assigned territory

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop relationships with existing clients (account farming).
Reactivate inactive customers and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned region.
Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
Prepare and send commercial offers to customers.
Maintain accurate daily and weekly reporting in the CRM system (SOHO).
Promote the company’s brand image and premium product portfolio.
Monitor market developments and customer needs in the territory.
