-Data bases research to generate leads that will be also stored in company data base (CRM);
-First contact with a potential client (gathering information’s like: client needs and availability, competitors policy and prices, customers profiling and approach);
-First written communication (email) – presentations, technical specifications, prices, logistical conditions, payment terms;
-Daily visiting clients plan execution 5-10-15 daily (meetings self-scheduling, new products presentations, sold portfolio growth, price and conditions negotiations). Daily sales reports;
-Market research for customer portfolio growth (prospect potential clients through networking and referrals);
-First meeting contact with a potential client (gathering information’s like: client needs and availability, competitors policy and prices monthly reports, customers profiling and approach). CRM database update (meeting notes);
-Contracts management and execution;
-Stock availability daily check;
-Orders processing (sending in back office software);
-Reapproach inactive clients when necessary;
-Follow up on first payment and ongoing payment terms (resolve the unpaid invoices);
-Customer complaints handling.
