About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to coordinate and develop our sales team across one or more counties. In this role, you will ensure the implementation of commercial plans agreed with the company and suppliers, while driving sales growth, maintaining strong client and supplier relationships, and supporting the visibility of our brands in the market.

Requirements
  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leading a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and operational processes (sales, campaigns, collections).
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Valid driving license (Category B).

Descrierea jobului

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, organize, and monitor the activity of the local sales team.
  • Translate regional sales targets into local objectives, allocating them by routes and agents.
  • Ensure the execution of campaigns, placements, promotional materials, and supplier KPIs in the field.
  • Maintain relationships with key local clients and supplier representatives.
  • Oversee debt collection through sales agents, ensuring overdue amounts are followed up and recovered.
  • Supervise the route-to-market strategy and improve brand visibility in the assigned counties.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support the integration of sales staff.
  • Report results, progress, and needs to the National Sales Director and Account Managers.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achievement of sales targets by area/route.
  • Effective implementation of supplier campaigns and visibility materials.
  • Timely and accurate debt collection.
  • Brand coverage and visibility in the local market.
  • Retention and performance of the sales team.
