• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets in Romania through team planning, implementation of new solutions and process optimisation
• Supervise of stores activities and coordinate work organization
• Effective management of a distributed team, developing and motivating the team to achieve objectives

• Perform the market research, competitor analysis, constant follow-up of industry (fashion & e-commerce) trends and transfer them into relevant & effective actions
• Identify new areas of opportunity
• Responsible for recruitment and new stores opening process
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all activities
• Represents company at business meetings
