This role involves creating strategies to increase distribution, revenue, managing and motivating sales teams from the distributors, building distributors/customers relationships, and analyzing market trends.
Core responsibilities:
Develop strategy: Create and implement sales plans for Moldova territory to drive distribution, growth and hit revenue targets.
Analyze performance: Monitor sales data, analyze market trends and KPI, and report on performance NSM.
Execution and activation: Oversee field execution plans to ensure distribution KPI, product availability, visibility, and compliance with pricing strategies at the point of sale.
Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and large retail partners.
Collaboration: Work with other departments like trade marketing, supply chain, and customers service to ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and overall market support.
