AREA MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

• minimum 5 years experience in Retail,
• minimum 2 years experience on similar position,
• ability to manage sales and work with sales plans,
• ability to manage work of Retail points of sales,
• experience in team management,
• target-oriented attitude,
• commercial skills and appropriate attitude towards clients,
• assertiveness, good communication and interpersonal skills,
• good work organisation,
• team-player attitude,
• communicative knowledge of English,
• driving licence.

TASKS:

• coordination and management of the subordinate stores’ work (Eastern part of Romania),
• active management of sales and cost budget (operationally and in the work) in order to obtain an appointed economic effects in a subordinate district,
• responsibility for the performance of individual retail units and their personnel,
• recruitment, HR policy, training, coaching, leading and motivating personnel,
• implementation and verification of the implementation of existing policies and procedures,
• creating reports and analyses.
