Application Engineer - Service (m/w/d)

• You have a completed degree or technical training in the field of electrical engineering or comparable training
• You have several years of experience in the programming and parameterization of programmable logic controllers S7/TIA Portal
• You are familiar with measurement, control and drive technology as well as robot programming
• You have experience in the commissioning of equipment
• You have a ready mind and are a team player
• You work independently and systematically and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English and are willing to travel worldwide

• You are the remote support (hotline) contact: Technical support and the diagnosis and troubleshooting of acute technical problems
• You will work together with the technical departments as part of remote diagnosis and the preparation of complex offers
• You are responsible for the follow-up of service processes and maintain them in the ticket system
• Your tasks include regular on-call duty by telephone
• You will support the technical development of service offers (e.g. repairs, software modifications)
• You will also support the further development of service products and documentation (upgrades)
• You will prepare training documents and conduct customer training sessions
• You will be responsible for occasional service assignments worldwide (usually short assignments)
