Analist Suport Vânzări / Sales Support Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Performance Data Analyst who will play a key role in transforming operational and sales data into actionable insights. This position requires both technical and business understanding, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and IT teams to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

About the role:

This position plays a key part in supporting the company’s store development strategy, ensuring that all store-related costs are tracked, validated, and optimized.
The role comes with a blend of analytical, coordination, and business partnership responsibilities, offering great exposure to both local and Group-level projects.

Profile & Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence (ideally within Retail or FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Excel (advanced level).
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate complex information into clear, business-friendly language.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, organized, and self-driven professional with a passion for using data to improve business outcomes

Main responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data on sales performance, losses, and store efficiency.
• Create clear and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI for management teams.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards, ensuring accuracy and data consistency.
• Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement in sales, losses, and operational processes.
• Provide ad-hoc data support to the Sales and Regional Management teams.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and presentations for the Sales and Operations Directors.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations colleagues to validate and integrate data flows correctly.
• Ensure proper archiving, organization, and updating of reporting documents and data sets
