To expand our team in Oradea (RO), we are looking for a new colleague in a Customer Care / Sales role (m/f/d).
🔍 What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the international transportation or logistics sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented
- Experience in identifying and attracting new clients, as well as developing existing business relationships
- Strong knowledge of the international transport market and supply chains
- Strategic thinking and the ability to turn opportunities into profitable partnerships
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRMs (e.g., SGA, Outlook, Power Bi)
- Advanced level of English; other foreign languages are an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
- Structured and autonomous way of working
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Determination and stress resistance
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of the English language; other foreign language skills are a plus

- Managing complaints and disputes
- Prospecting the market and identifying new business opportunities at national and international levels
- Building and maintaining business relationships with strategic clients
- Negotiating contracts and commercial offers in line with company objectives
- Collaborating closely with operational teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations
- Monitoring account performance and proposing solutions for optimization
- Participating in fairs, events, and business meetings to promote company services
- Periodically reporting sales activities and results to management.
