Requirements:
Must have hands-on experience managing an Amazon e-commerce storefront (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager or similar role, with demonstrated sales growth (case studies preferred)
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
Proficiency in CSS, content management systems, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout)
Experience with content creation, copywriting, and email marketing best practices
Solid understanding of SEO techniques, keyword research, and ranking strategies
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Based in Romania and eligible for PFA invoicing

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon store, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment
Oversee and manage operations across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth
Optimize product listings, A+ content, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversions
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility
Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display), including TACoS targets and testing strategies
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and key performance metrics
Analyze competitors, market trends, and performance using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Seller Central analytics
Enhance product visibility through promotions, deals, and advertising strategies
Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, content development, and performance reporting
Utilize marketing automation tools for targeted outreach and email campaigns
Coordinate with developers on site improvements and user experience optimization
Propose proactive growth initiatives, new strategies, and keyword opportunities
Provide regular reporting on KPIs such as sales growth, ad ROI, TACoS, and traffic sources
Monitor competitors and continuously adjust strategies to remain competitivee
