Candidatul Ideal
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with strong Databricks expertise to design, build, and scale enterprise AI and machine learning solutions. This role will lead the architecture of modern data and AI platforms, enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, and MLOps capabilities across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Databricks, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML frameworks with strong communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, platform teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Hybrid work with 3 days in the office in either Bucharest/Timisoara/Cluj/Brasov.

You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, platform teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure AI solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML architecture, or cloud solution architecture
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
- Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and distributed computing
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
- Deep understanding of MLOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, model governance, and monitoring
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of data lakehouse architectures and modern data platforms
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Create architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution diagrams.
