AGRONOMIST (Botosani)

University degree in Agriculture, preferably part of the studies done abroad
Good English and/or German skills
Internships or practical experience during studies are a big plus
Experience in a multinational agricultural business or abroad
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Driving licence for agricultural machinery, preferable
Knowledge about agricultural machinery: operating and setting them
Very good abilities or potential to manage and organize people
Communication and priority setting

Plans crops with the Operational Management (Management assistance): seeding, fertilizing, spraying
Makes analysis/forecasts regarding production
Permanently evaluates crops on the field
Modifies planned crop operations according to weather and soil conditions
Makes proposals about inputs and their application
Creates working plans for the drivers
Checks execution of operations by the machinery drivers and makes necessary adjustments
Keeps control over inputs costs
Reports his activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
