The position is a summer job for the period of April to August.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone and email
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them destinations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Resolving questions, concerns, or obstacles that may prevent a booking
- Ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and confident throughout their travel planning experience
- Know the organization's products inside and out in order to advise clients and resolve their inquiries
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
