Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Agent who is adaptable, has strong communication skills, and is interested in the textile industry, eager to join our team in Ploiești, Romania, or to work remotely.

Ideal Candidate:
A motivated and results-driven sales professional with expertise in textile fabrics, possessing strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Capable of understanding customer needs, providing technical product guidance, and driving sales growth. Adept at building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the textile industry.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of textile fabrics, weaving, knotting, and finishing processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read and understand technical fabric specifications.
  • Sales forecasting and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management tools (manage customer contracts, track sales opportunities, follow-up with clients efficiently)
  • Fluent english
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Textile Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in the textile or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and build strong client relationships.
Personal Attributes:
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Passion for textiles and understanding of market trends

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile market;
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and product samples;
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery, in coordination with the production and logistics teams;
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback;
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
