For This Role, You Will Need:

- Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

- Experience managing customer complaints, returns, warranty claims, or other after-sales processes.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of international trade compliance practices and business processes.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage and coordinate customer complaints from initial registration through final resolution, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate with customers through multiple channels to provide updates, timelines, and resolution information.
- Collaborate with customer service, technical teams, factories, and transportation partners to support effective complaint resolution.
- Investigate customer concerns and help identify root causes to support long-term corrective actions.
- Coordinate product returns, pickups, and related documentation while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Support the validation and processing of credit notes by providing accurate and reliable information.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze reports related to key performance indicators and service activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying challenges, sharing insights, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to international trade, records retention, ethics, information security, and workplace safety.
- Provide support to team members and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
