What makes you a good fit:
  • 4+ years of experience in online advertising sales within major companies.
  • Proven experience working with large, well-established brands.
  • Strong communication, consultative approach and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Retail business dynamics and Retail Media KPIs.
  • Ability to manage revenue targets and commercial pipelines.
  • Interest in technology and enthusiasm for learning new advertising products and innovations.

  • Experience engaging with trade marketing managers, shopper marketing managers, or media agencies on the brand side.

What you’ll have to do:

Portfolio Ownership & Revenue Growth
  • Manage a predefined portfolio of top-tier brands across assigned industries.
  • Own and deliver against clearly defined revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic growth plans for each assigned account.
  • Acquire new advertisers while expanding existing partnerships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across retail media solutions.

Retail Media Sales & Solution Development
  • Offer and sell full-funnel Retail Media solutions, including:high-impact branding placements; Performance-driven advertising formats; Integrated onsite and offsite media solutions.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
  • Continuously adapt proposals to evolving advertising formats and technological improvements.
  • Proactively educate clients on emerging Retail Media capabilities and industry best practices

Industry Representation
  • Clearly communicate the platform’s differentiators versus competing media and commerce players.
  • Build strong relationships with brands and media agencies.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Retail Media proposition in the Romanian advertising market.

Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Work closely with an Account Manager to plan and implement full funnel campaigns, ptimize performance during the campaign, report and present campaign results.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable performance aligned with client KPIs.

Collaboration Model
  • Partner with Account Management teams for operational excellence. Maintain strong coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal retail media, analytics, and product teams.
  • Maintain strong coordination between commercial strategy and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback supporting future advertising product development.
  • Synergy with Commercial Account Managers of the same brands, to achieve better results and get larger budgets overall from the same advertiser.
