Candidatul Ideal

The Admissions Officer will report to the Head of Head of External Affairs for the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive admissions strategy that encompasses pupil recruitment strategies toward the goal of full enrolment.
Working with colleagues, the Admissions Officer will be responsible for the following: Development of a strategic plan covering Admissions, with clear aims and objectives, timetable and costs and a differentiated approach for each of the segments: EYFS, Primary, Secondary, and any other programmes of the School.

Main responsibilities :
• Responsible for the complete admissions cycle from start to finish (dealing with enquiries through to registration, confirmation, post registration, fee payments as per financial agreements, pre-arrival, arrival, leavers).

1.1. New enrolments:
• Deals with enquiries (initial contact, e-mail, phone, etc.).
• Conduct tours with prospective parents and offer support to new families during the enrolment process; Follows the tours procedure.
• Organise trial days for potential new comers.
• Create and develop induction plans for new comers (customer experience from the very beginning) liaise with Office department and the Head of Primary/Secondary School (for academic) and create a complete ‘stage of induction’.
• Maintain relations with families following their visit through to induction in school.
• Liaise with all relevant departments in school to ensure each stage of induction to school is complete, including payments.
• Oversee the transition days in EYFS and new Y7s.
• Oversee the organisation of assessment days (examinations, interviews, tests, etc.).

1.2. Re-registrations
• Provides guidance for the parents through the process, reminds of the discount periods and the consequences of not re-registering before registrations to new families are open, chase for payments according to financial agreements.

1.3. Leavers
• Analyse reasons for leaving and develop action plans if needed.
• Communicate findings to main stakeholders
• Manage and develop a systematic follow up process for all admissions contacts
• Creates, implements and evaluates Admissions policies and procedures, reporting and evaluation
• Creates and manages waiting lists as appropriate
• Helps colleagues by supplying strategic insight and support, to ensure this section is performing effectively and efficiently converting enquiries.
• Initiate direct meetings with company’ representatives, hr departments, relocations agents etc in order to promote the school and establish strategic partnerships
• Liaising with other relevant departments in developing programmes for school development;
• Liaising with other relevant department in providing support and vital background details to develop customer satisfaction profiles and plan promotional strategies
• Organising campaigns to promote the scholarship programme; coordinating the admissions tasks in order to ensure a successful qualification for the Inspections;
• Responsible for chasing school fee payments and instalments payments according to contract timeframes
• Ensure that the school’s admissions database (ISAMs) is updated in an accurate and timely manner with contact details and that the information collated is regularly reviewed and tested for accuracy
• Oversee the production and presentation of management reports in support of admissions activity so that the Administrative coordinator can keep the management updated appropriately
• Oversee the organisation of assessment days
• Actively participate in external and internal enrolment events
• Attend other meetings and events that may be pertinent to enrolment
• Perform any other duties requested by the line manager aligned with the objectives of the department.

- He is liable disciplinary, materially, civilly or criminally for non-compliance with his obligations according to the job description, the Internal Order Regulation and internal procedures
- Achieves the monthly objectives according to the established performance indicators;


Requirements:
  • Previous working experience as an Office Assistant or in Customer Care for at least 3 years
  • English – fluent (all work related activities are performed in English)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Customer service skills, preferably with direct exposure to customers claims
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Conflict management skills
  • Being able to perform with little supervision
  • Ability to prepare and analyse data, figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer
  • Able to prioritise easily
