Candidatul Ideal

For our client, a start-up in short-term rental properties, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Administrator to support the management of properties. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to provide reliable financial and administrative support.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or basic accounting.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel.
  • Good English, written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Flexibility and an proactive, extra-mile attitude.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts with property owners and partners.
  • Archive documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Record invoices, receipts, payments, and collections.
  • Pay bills and track income and expenses for each property.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements.
  • Submit monthly financial documents to the accounting department.
  • Verify accuracy of financial reports and balances.
  • Prepare monthly reports on income, expenses, and bookings.
  • Provide clear information about property status and financial results.
  • Create financial reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software.
  • Identify budget deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Communicate regularly with the company accountant.
