We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative & Payroll Assistant

- Support financial administration by processing incoming invoices, verifying and scheduling them for payment, and administering employee expense claims.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic personnel files, including leave records, sick leave documentation, and payroll-related information.
- Support payroll preparation and personnel administration in compliance with Romanian labor legislation and applicable tax regulations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll and finance-related administrative inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist with day-to-day office administration.
- Support process control by archiving payroll and financial documentation in accordance with company procedures and assisting in the preparation of reports for Headquarters and the General Manager's Office regarding completed activities.
