Provide support for the legal and financial department by managing specific documents;
Management of inbound and outbound information and communication in an accurate way;
Communicating and reporting documents to colleagues and clients;
Taking or making daily phone calls related to the professional activity;
Docketing legal and financial documents, noting official and internal deadlines;
Office administrative work: printing, scanning, archiving, placing orders (DHL, FAN, etc.);
Draft simple legal documents (powers of attorney, various requests to authorities, etc.)
Support activities in legal research projects
