Requirements:
- Completed technical education/Civil Engineering
- Excellent computer literacy
- Skills in organization, planning and management
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
- German is an advantage
- Experience on similar position.
Descrierea jobului
- Acquisition of new construction projects and management of the full pursuit until award
- Negotiating with investors on major issues regarding the implementation, interpretation, alteration and extension of the scope of the construction contract
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
- Strong-minded negotiation of new projects and systematically keeping in contact with clients
- Shall carry out the external relations with public and private clients, with engineering and design companies in connection with acquisition of new projects
- Shall participate in the research and bidding of the project
- Responsible for monitoring of the calculations during the submission of tenders
- Shall coordinate all tasks from the moment of bidding, check of the agreement, respectively development of technical/economic alternatives (with the assistance of specialists, for example cost estimation department etc.) in coordination with the management of the company in connection with the acquisition of projects
- Shall carry out on his/her own negotiations on the bids (within certain limits) as a manager, until award of the procurement.
