Accounts Receivable Specialist

The role of the Accounts Receivable Specialist is to process incoming statements and apply to client accounts, perform day to day financial transactions and to reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

Process billing with accuracy;
Process and post daily payments, including checks, credit cards, ACH, and wire transfers;
Generate and distribute customer invoices and remittance reports in a timely and accurate manner;
Communicate professionally with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes;
Assist with month-end closing by preparing reports and reconciliations;
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong Excel and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy;
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business;
1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience;
Strong communication skills, especially for resolving billing discrepancies professionally;
English - native/ advanced level;
Customer service mindset;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
Experience in working for US companies is a plus.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 16:00-00:50
