Accounts Receivable Specialist - Jucu, jud. Cluj

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• ERP system knowledge (preferred) and solid MS Excel skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French, Italian or German is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ownership of tasks.
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset.

• Prepare and process sales invoices in ERP and e-invoicing systems.
• Collaborate with the sales department to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Handle intercompany and intra-Community transactions, ensuring compliance with Romanian tax requirements.
• Upload invoices to customer portals.
• Create and manage bank guarantees, perform customer credit checks.
• Issue credit notes and warranty-related invoices when necessary.
• Follow up on overdue payments and send reminders.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
