Candidatul Ideal
We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant with German to join our team and focus on Accounts Payables (AP). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Finance & Accounting (F&A) experience, excellent German language skills, and strong communication and customer care abilities. This role will involve managing accounts payable processes and supporting the finance team with various tasks.
Qualifications:
Fluent German is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with a focus on Accounts Payables.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer care skills with a focus on building positive relationships.

Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of AP transactions and assist with month-end closing activities.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding payment inquiries
