Accounts Payable Specialist- Payments processor with English

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of AP experience: prior experience in Accounts Payable functions: Payments & reporting activities, Invoice processing, Exception handling, Payments & reporting activities and Vendor Master Data management
• Understands the need for confidentiality
• Ability to give attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills
• Fluent English is essential, Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory

• Respond to and resolve exceptions and inquiries from employees regarding travel related expenses including senior executive team by email and phone
• Purchase orders - follow up
• Payment processing - Experience is mandatory on this process
• Vendor Master Maintenance
• Vendor Reconciliations
• Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end
• Ability to comprehend complex information quickly & respond with clear solutions
