Accounts Payable (Spanish)

🔎 What you’ll do:

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices accurately and on time
• Manage supplier accounts and resolve payment-related queries
• Handle travel & expense inquiries, including senior stakeholders
• Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up on purchase orders
• Ensure all invoices are processed before month-end deadlines
• Monitor utility invoices and resolve past-due balances

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of AP processes: invoice processing, vendor maintenance, exception handling
• Spanish (B2+/C1) + English proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems efficiently
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
