* 2-3 years of general accounting or accounts payable experience.
* Proficiency with ERP Systems, preferably Oracle.
* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

* Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior.
* Advanced/native level English proficiency.
* Organized, communicative, analytical and customer order orientated.

We are looking for a new Accounting Specialist to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, on-site at our central office!

As Accounting Specialist in our Financial Shared Service, you will be delivering first class accounting services to our internal clients, and you will work in a dynamic team with high focus on personal development with challenging, varied tasks and responsibility from the outset.



What kind of work will you be doing? 📊

* Prepare monthly schedules and reports for month-end.
* Compile Balance Sheet reporting package for Management review.
* Generate and submit Financial Statements to the Consolidation team.
* Coordinate Intercompany AR/AP activities monthly.
* Process standard and recurring journal entries.
* Prepare invoice requests for recharges.
* Lead general accounting activities for month-end closing.
* Coordinate Intercompany Receivables and Payables settlements.
* Review financial results and initiate corrective actions.
* Perform Statutory Vs Corp reconciliations using Oracle.
* Prepare VAT, EC Sales & Intrastat Reports for Tax Authorities.
* Implement new accounting processes as directed by Team Leader.
* Assist with projects and IT issue resolution.
