Requirements:
- Economics degree and experience in accounting field min 3years
- 2 years experience in leading a team
- Good knowledges of English language and MS Office, Outlook
- Strong business Acumen
- Good analytical and Verbal communication skills
- Sound motivational and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of romanian accounting legislation and submission requirements.
Descrierea jobului
- supply of timely and accurate reports and financial statements, both regularly and on an ad hoc basis with detailed analysis to Senior Finance Management.
- communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external auditors and with fiscal authorities as well, in order to ensuree data accuracy is gained in all aspects they are involved in, within General Accounting.
- should ensure the team work effectively and efficiently generating accurate and timely accounting.
- compliance with the Romanian legislation and also with MCRPs, US GAAP(Generally Accepted Accounting Practises) and timely reconciliations of the assigned accounts.
- coordinate and manage its team in order for the members to develop and progress within the team according to accounting principles.
- supervise the timely preparation of all primary financial statements in compliance with local statutory legislation and work with central teams to develop and comply with US GAAP.
- Ensuring compliance to the Ford Otosan/ Ford month closing calendar and reconciliation completion.
