• Fluent English, French is an advantage
• University degree or Internationally recognized professional qualification in Business, Finance or similar
• Strong accounting / financial analysis background (3 years)
• Strong Excel skills
• IT literate with basic understanding of Business Intelligence software, ERP systems and financial consolidation tools (knowledge of Oracle and SAP BPC would be advantageous)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs
• Presentation skills, including verbal, phone, and writing
• Positive and cooperative attitude
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial statements - Income Statement, Balance Sheet, cash flow, financial and business plans, budgets and financial reports

• Monthly Intercompany reconciliation (done in Oracle ERP and BPC Financial Consolidation System)
• Quarterly reconciliations (with JSOX)
• Follow up on booking IC invoices and accruals
• Follow up on all overdue accounts and issues: Account Payable and Account Receivable
• Develop and improve current processes to automate and streamline work
• Various other tasks and special projects related to MLS Group Finance
• Business Processes - Understand, document, and compare specific business processes across MLS, help identify best practice and proposes improvement actions.
• Optimization - Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.
• Internal control and documentation - Ensures processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with ACIM & MOEN requirements.
