- Previous experience in invoicing or accounting will be considered an asset

**Main Responsibilities**
- Issuance of customer invoices (retail & wholesale)
- Verification of billing data and pricing accuracy
- Monitoring customer balances and payment terms
- Reconciliation of invoices with bank statements
- Communication with Customer Service regarding billing matters
- Data entry and updating accounting records
- Document filing and organization
- Support to the Accounting Department in daily operations
